Tampere, Finland, November 20th 2024 – United Call Centers (UCC), and EVA Global announce their new collaboration to ensure the continued support of the electric mobility ecosystem following the bankruptcy of EVA Solutions Oy, the Finnish parent company of EVA Global.
EVA Solutions Oy announced its bankruptcy filing on October 21, 2024 with the focus on ensuring uninterrupted operations, such as customer service, for key stakeholders, including electric vehicle (EV) drivers, charge point operators (CPOs), and EV charging hardware OEMs. By November 15, when EVA Global officially ceased operations, these leaders had implemented robust measures to ensure continuity for clients and support for EVA Global’s dedicated team members.
