Finland, December 1st, 2020. We are pleased to announce that EVA Global's co-founder and joint CEO, Donald Hopper, has been selected as a finalist in the British Renewable Energy Awards 2020 by REA in the category of BREA – Young RE Professional Award 2020. The award celebrates an individual within the first 5 years of their career in renewable energy, who has already made a successful impact and who shows potential as a future leader in the industry.
EVA Global was founded in 2017 with the mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility and fast-track a transport revolution to a greener future. EVA Global is the first and only end to end service provider fully dedicated to e-mobility. Donald has dedicated himself round-the-clock to company, clients and team and in the meantime EVA Global has become an uncompromising data-driven technology company that prides itself on offering its clients services encompassing complete customer experience management, technical support, infrastructure management solutions, and maintenance and repair.
“The UK has always been really focused on delivering superior customer experience, which is why it is no surprise that the United Kingdom was the natural place to launch EVA Global services and of course it still is a key market for us. We are proud to have partnered with leading brands dedicated to the roll out of EV infrastructure across the whole of the UK. We serve drivers across a combined network of 40,000 charging points and growing, compared to just over 5,000 at the beginning of the year.” - Donald Hopper, CEO.
The British Renewable Energy Award is a permanent fixture in the UK’s renewable industry calendar. The award celebrates the achievements of individuals and companies who have made a significant impact in renewables or clean tech over the past years. The award ceremony will take place virtually at the end of January 2021.
